One of the questions we are most asked is “how can I power a sensor overnight in a solar installation?”
Senquip devices have an integrated LiPo battery that is charged during sunlight hours so that it can power connected devices through the night. On the Senquip ORB, the voltage is fixed at 12V and on the QUAD, it is settable from 5V to 25V.
Sensor read intervals can be set to limit battery drain, and the internal battery is monitored.
No solar regulator or external battery required. Simple!🌗
