This week I was interfacing an RFID card reader to a Senquip device, and I came across expressions in the manual like “inform type serial” – essentially meaningless. They made me think of the term “word salad”, a phrase used often in a recent election.
I realised that without good instructions, a Senquip device is little more than a doorstop. We work hard on our user guides and application notes, and we hope you like them. Given this realisation however, we will make an even bigger effort to make our documents clear, precise, and useful.
PS: The card reader works well.
