This week, a customer contacted us with some thoughtful feedback on the mobile experience. It was exactly the kind of real-world perspective that helps us keep improving.
We test extensively in the lab, but nothing beats seeing how the product behaves in the environments where itโs actually used – in the field, on a phone, often under pressure and on the move.
Because of that feedback, we immediately put a developer onto reproducing the behaviour. Within 48 hours, we pushed several improvements to the Portal:
