Customer feedback is invaluable — and it helps us improve the Senquip platform every day.
This week, a customer shared detailed feedback on the mobile experience. It was exactly the kind of real-world insight that highlights how systems are actually used — in the field, on a phone, often under pressure and on the move.
As a result, we reproduced the behaviour and pushed several improvements to the Portal within 48 hours:
• Charts now automatically resize on smaller screens
• Full-screen mode added to most charts for easier zooming and panning
• Custom widgets are now scrollable
• A core responsive layout issue has been fixed
• Further improvements will be released shortly
These updates directly improve how remote monitoring systems are used in the field, making it easier to interpret data quickly and reliably.
