Sometimes the simplest tests are the most useful.
When we test an enclosure at 10 metres underwater for a week, we first fill it with tissue paper marked with ink.
If even a small amount of water gets in during the test, the ink runs and leaves a permanent record.
No electronics. No sensors. Just tissue paper.
Sometimes engineering doesn’t need to be complicated.
